2015 Menus

Our Chef, the unflappable Chris Botcheos, has prepared menus for our meals (attached as pdf).

Chef Chris has solicited a list dietary needs and restrictions from our participants and guests, and he and his crew are ready to feed all of us: those of us with gluten free, dairy free, vegan, “meat only” and other diets.

As usual, we suggest that if you have a strict diet, you pack an emergency stash of your favorite items to have with you, just in case.
