Chefs Liz Clements and Andrew Moran have got the menus dialed in!

Liz is a trained pastry chef who has worked in some of the best kitchens across this country, including several years at the French Laundry. She now fills her time with food styling, recipe development, and is co-founder/chef of Camp Lazy Day, a secret-ish sometimes restaurant in Portland, Oregon.

Andrew has been working in the restaurant industry for over 25 years. He is also an illustrator and multi-media artist, as well as co-founder of Camp Lazy Day.
