Shan Burchell left us two hand made mountain dulcimers. This one is a simple 3 stringed classic, but with the modern extra frets for the 3rd and 7th notes. A sweet cloth case with two pockets (one of which contains a mountain dulcimer capo, which is particularly useful with the extra frets) and a strap, as well as a strap on the dulcimer itself. As you can see, signed by the maker, “Handmade by Carol Vorce, 1995.”

Red cotton twill is reversible with a multi-colored cotton quilt. Light green ric-rac outlines the red side. The trapezoid-shaped cover is 51″ wide at the front border and 35″ tall, the top border is 29″ wide. OR use it for credit on one of her other covers — read about ’em here.
