In order to get insurance, everybody participating needs to sign a waiver.

If you could please sign (digitally is fine, on the attached “fillable pdf”, or print, sign and mail one) and return it (to avoid the hassle of having to track these down as we’re trying to get ready for Thursday’s first workshop,) that’d be appreciated.
